Just like the world’s best athletes still have coaches, to quickly get really good at this you need targeted consistent feedback from an expert. When it comes to dramatically improving presentation and communication skills, there’s nothing like getting up close and personal!

One-on-one coaching enables you and me to get to the heart of your development needs immediately and target them efficiently and effectively.

Ah yes, the video taping!

Using the Presentation M.A.G.I.C. formula  I tailor your coaching requirements to suit your needs.

It starts with you video taping yourself doing a series of  practical yet strategic exercises.

Don’t know how to do that? No problem. We’ll show you. (It’s easier than you think!)

Don’t have a digital video camera? No problem. We’ll provide one.

Once we’ve completed a video session together you’ll know exactly what to work on and in the future you can focus on the developmental areas that will give you the biggest return. It’s like a golf pro helping you adjust your swing. At the beginning it might feel a bit awkward but with some focused practice you’re soon hitting better and more consistently than ever.

With video feedback you’ll be amazed at how fast you’ll reach the consistently superior levels of performance you’ve been seeking.

These coaching sessions can be conducted individually or in small groups, which is not only less expensive but we  find that peer review can also be very illuminating and instructive.

By analyzing and articulating what others are doing you become much better at understanding and improving your own performance. And if you are in a supervisory position you can use this new knowledge and skill to mentor your staff or organization!
